Our Leamington Spa branch is looking to recruit for the following role:
Transit Van Driver/ Relief HGV Driver
In this role you will work as part of our external team of staff.
Responsibilities and Duties
* You will be required to make multi drop deliveries to our customers in a transit van. When not driving you will also be expected to:
* Assist customers.
* Provide excellent customer service.
* Load and unload vehicles.
* Pick and check orders.
* Store stock safely.
* Maintaining a tidy and safe working environment.
* Covering the driving of the HGV vehicles as required
* This role will require working alternate Saturday mornings.
* You will also be covering in the yard as and when required.
Qualifications and Skills
* A Full UK Licence is essential.
* Building industry knowledge would be an advantage.
* A Class 2 and a full CPC Licence is preferred, training can be provided for the right candidate.
* HIAB (Crane) experience would be preferred for this role; however, training can be given.
You will be working within a close-knit team and will be dealing with our customers daily, so we are looking for someone that:
