You will part of a bespoke team supporting a lady within her own home. You will support them as part of a team that works together in ways that are led by the individuals needs.

We are recruiting for an active woman who loves animals, keeping busy and needs a consistent team to help her live a fulfilling life. This lady lives with Prader-Willis syndrome and autism and would love support workers who can understand all of her needs, be kind towards her and help her reach her goals.
