Sheridan Maine is working in partnership with a rapidly growing organisation based in London to recruit a Tax Manager. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a qualified and experienced tax professional to take ownership of the groups tax compliance, reporting, and governance processes.
The Tax Manager will play a key role within the finance function, ensuring all tax obligations are met in an accurate and timely manner, while maintaining a strong control environment.
Responsibilities of the Tax Manager include:
1. Manage external advisors to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of tax provisions and returns.
2. Review tax submissions and communicate potential liabilities to key stakeholders.
3. Prepare concise and informative reports for internal leadership and investor tax teams.
4. Ensure compliance with relevant international tax measures, including Corporate Interest Restriction, UK/US Anti-Hybrid rules, and Transfer Pricing requirements.
5. Develop and maintain detailed tax forecast models aligned with business plans, providing clear visibility of future tax liabilities to senior leadership.
6. Review, strengthen, and maintain robust internal tax processes and control frameworks.
