Our client operates within the defence and aerospace sector, delivering complex engineering programmes at scale. They are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to work closely with leadership teams, driving people strategy and supporting organisational performance.
Role Overview
We're hiring an HR Business Partner to deliver a full range of HR services aligned with business objectives. Acting as the key link between HR and the business, you'll support managers on people strategy, organisational change, talent management, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with leadership teams to deliver strategic HR support
* Advise managers on HR policies, employment law, and best practices
* Drive performance reviews, salary reviews, and team reviews
* Support organisational change and culture initiatives
* Manage employee relations cases, including investigations and grievances
* Deliver HR policy training and guidance to managers
* Monitor absence, attrition, and workforce data and produce HR reports
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and talent development initiatives
Required Experience
* Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
* Experience managing employee relations cases and organisational change
* Ability to work within large, complex organisations
* Strong organisational, communication, and analytical skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR reporting/data packs
Nice to Have
* Experience in defence, aerospace, or large-scale engineering organisations
* Exposure to talent management and organisational development initiatives
