About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves motorcycles and has a strong interest in parts and accessories. As a Motorcycle Parts Advisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers and workshop team receive the right parts, accessories, and rider wear-whether face-to-face, over the phone, or through our growing e-commerce platform.
Main Responsibilities:
* Handle the majority of motorcycle parts, accessory, and rider wear enquiries
* Support our e-commerce operations, ensuring accurate listings and smooth order processing
* Deliver exceptional customer service across all platforms
* Share responsibility for car parts enquiries and support as needed
* Work closely with the workshop and sales departments to coordinate parts supply
* Maintain and update parts stock systems
What We're Looking For:
* A passion for motorcycles and knowledge of parts and accessories
* Previous experience in a parts advisor or similar customer-facing role (motor trade experience ideal)
* Great communication and organisational skills
* Confidence with IT and online sales platforms
* A team player with a proactive approach
