About the role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Team Leader with proven customer experience skills to work in our Bath store. Key responsibilities include:
* Supervising a team of crew members utalising excellent people skills
* Delegating tasks to ensure effective running of the store
* Completing store opening and closing, including cashing up and stock taking
* Focus on ensuring excellent customer service from the team
* Ensuring product is produced to brand standards and upselling is taking place
