The Business team provides a mix of accounting services, including bookkeeping, forecasting, year end accounts preparations and tax returns for different sectors, including Healthcare. We have a relationship centric approach and are trusted advisors to clients of all shapes and sizes, but they are typically owner managed businesses, giving you the opportunity to deal directly with the decision makers and to truly help shape the direction of their firm.
You will be responsible for supporting the partner in the delivery of non audit services to clients primarily in the healthcare sector and helping to grow our offering in this space.
As an Accounts Senior / Assistant Manager you will have ownership of the following tasks:
Completing moderate to large accounts preparation assignments, including the accompanying tax computations.
Coaching juniors and providing feedback on the quality of their work and performance.
A professional accounting qualification – ACA or ACCA (minimum criteria).
Experience of working in an accountancy practice in the UK and preparing statutory accounts and tax computations for healthcare clients, in particular GPs (minimum criteria).
Experience of using Sage, Xero and Quickbooks Online.
