About the Role and Your Responsibilities
Our Pipette Service Centre Technicians deliver prompt, efficient, and effective maintenance and calibration services to meet customer needs while enhancing Mettler Toledo’s service profitability. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining our industry-leading equipment.
* Perform routine service and calibration of customer instruments to maximise uptime and ensure full compliance with regulatory standards.
* Complete ongoing training to continuously develop your skills and improve the customer experience.
* Strictly adhere to all Mettler Toledo Quality, Health, and Safety procedures to maintain a safe and consistent work environment in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Act as a trusted advisor to customers by providing expert guidance on the use and maintenance of their equipment, thereby strengthening customer relationships.
* Successfully pass an annual calibration competency test for a range of pipettes to maintain ongoing proficiency and compliance.
What You Need to Succeed
* Exceptional attention to detail is crucial to deliver accurate calibration and servicing, ensuring our equipment consistently meets the highest standards.
* Previous experience with pipettes, whether through education or work, is advantageous but not required. Comprehensive training and resources will be provided to fully prepare you for the role. You must demonstrate strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently to achieve your goals.
* Excellent communication skills, including the ability to translate complex technical information for non-technical audiences.
