A leading professional services firm is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Client Programme Manager to join its Client Development team on a 12 FTC mat cover contract.
This high-impact role reports directly to the Head of Client Development & Relationships and plays a pivotal part in shaping and delivering client service excellence across the organisation. You’ll lead initiatives in key account management, strategic targeting, client listening, alumni engagement, and intermediary development—ensuring best-in-class support for partners, client teams, and development managers.
* Lead client feedback initiatives and integrate insights into business planning
* Support strategic client targeting and relationship management across global and local teams
* Drive key account management best practices, including account planning, reporting, and team coordination
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client intelligence, financial tracking, and CRM optimisation
* Manage Intermediary and Alumni programmes to enhance referral opportunities and relationship growth
* Present programme benefits to stakeholders and promote adoption across the firm
* Produce actionable reports and explore tech solutions to improve client tracking and communication
* Line manage Client Relationship Manager and Assistant, fostering collaboration and excellence
