- Grow your candidate network within your chosen vertical, connecting with the best talent.
- Establish yourself as a market expert by attending events, reading industry insights, and building real knowledge
- Win new business each quarter through strong client relationships
- Drive business development via calls, referrals, email campaigns, and representing Vivo at industry events
- Be a trusted partner to clients and candidates, offering honest, strategic advice
