Tradewind Recruitment is excited to be supporting a leading Further Education college in Northamptonshire as they seek a dedicated and motivated Health & Social Care Teacher or Lecturer to join their dynamic team.
This full-time role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced practitioner or qualified teacher to deliver high-quality learning experiences across a range of Health & Social Care programmes. You will be working with enthusiastic students aged 16-19, helping them develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence necessary to progress into higher education, apprenticeships, or employment within the care sector.
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Strong subject knowledge in Health & Social Care, ideally backed by industry experience
2. Previous teaching or training experience within FE or a similar education setting
3. A recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
4. Excellent communication and organisational skills
5. A commitment to inclusive, student-centred learning
In this role, you will plan and deliver engaging lessons, assess student progress, contribute to curriculum development, and support learners in achieving their full potential.
