You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care, improving health outcomes, and supporting our GPs by managing a wide range of clinical responsibilities.

We are seeking an experienced and confident Practice Nurse to join our dedicated healthcare team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in general practice,be confident in using the EMIS clinical system, and demonstrate a high standard of patient care and clinical competence.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct health assessments, triage patients, and provide clinical advice.
Administer childhood and travel vaccinations, wound care, cervical screening, B12 injections and other treatment procedures.
Support chronic disease management programs (e.g., diabetes, asthma, cardiovascular health).
Drawing bloods and provide patient education and health promotion activities (e.g., smoking cessation, weight management).
Manage infection control and maintain clinical equipment.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records using electronic health systems.
Work within regulatory and clinical governance frameworks, ensuring best practice standards.
Participate in quality improvement activities and contribute to practice audits and reviews.
About Us

The day-to-day operations of the surgery are managed by our Practice Manager, while our Reception Manager oversees all reception duties to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for everyone who visits.
Supporting our operations, we have a team of four skilled administrative and reception staff members. Their training, efficiency, and commitment are vital to the seamless running of our practice.
