THE PURPOSE OF OUR CONVEYANCING SEARCH SPECIALIST
As a Conveyancing Search Specialist, you will be part of a team who are responsible for overseeing the receipt of orders from clients, the process of the same through various online ordering platforms, keeping clients updated on the progress of their orders and returning the same to clients once complete.
You will be expected to be able to work under pressure and be self-motivated, working closely with other members of the team to ensure smooth communication and thorough updates of orders as they progress. You will need to have excellent communication skills as there will be a good deal of interaction with both new, existing, and potential clients, many of whom will be experiencing stress and tight deadlines in their own workloads.
