This position will lead initiatives that enhance developer productivity, streamline software delivery, and ensure quality through scalable and reusable testing solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead the development of scalable test automation frameworks across the engineering organisation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Security, Platform, Delivery) to drive software quality and deployment efficiency. Integrate and maintain quality gates and automated tests in CI/CD pipelines. Guide engineering teams in adopting best practices for system resilience and cloud reliability. Address infrastructure and DevOps challenges with pragmatic, hands-on solutions. Promote self-service capabilities and knowledge sharing within development teams. Candidate Requirements Strong technical background in software engineering, DevOps, and platform automation. Proficiency with Infrastructure/Platform as Code (IaC/PaC), container technologies, and CI/CD. Expert knowledge of AWS and cloud-native architectures. Demonstrated experience leading the development of Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs). Effective communicator with strong stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
