Job Description
Role: CNC Field Service Engineer
Location: Yorkshire
£40,000 - £43,000 + overtime (OTE £47,000 - £53,000)
We have an exciting opportunity for a CNC Field Service Engineer to join a global, market leading engineering business. You will be responsible for working on a wide range of CNC equipment, providing timely and efficient machine repairs, installations and upgrades for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Repair and installation of new machines
* Carry out emergency breakdown tasks on a range of CNC Machines
* Relocation of existing equipment
* Customer training
* Preventative maintenance
* Ordering parts necessary to perform installations and repair
* Troubleshooting problems
* Proactively recommend the necessary service and maintenance programmes
Qualifications & Experience:
* HNC or equivalent in Engineering
* Ability to diagnose faults and make recommendations in customer environment
* Ability to communicate effectively with the customer
* Full UK drivers License
* Strong analysis skills and attention to detail
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
