About the role
Are you a compassionate and experienced care professional ready to take the next step in your career? Martlets Care is having a refresh and has created two new positions for ambitious and dynamic Care Team Leaders. You'll be a pivotal part of the team and join us at an exciting time of expansion.
As a Team Leader, you'll manage and support a team of Care Assistants, along with helping to deliver exceptional personal care and support to our clients. You'll be offering guidance and training both from the office and in the field, ensuring high standards of person-centred care. You'll also be ensuring compliance with regulation and contributing to the future direction of the business.

About you:
* Have a core value to provide the best care for our clients
* Be proactive in working with your manager and colleagues to continuously develop our practices
* You'll be a great people manager
* Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a mentoring ability and a proactive positive approach
* Have at least 2 years of experience in health and social care
* Have a Care Certificate or equivalent NVQ 2
* Be compassionate, respectful and committed to high-quality care
* You must have a Full Driving Licence and access to own vehicle
