We have a fantastic opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team at our Castleford centre. The role involves calling prospective customers (inbound and outbound) to generate leads and book appointments for the field sales team members.
Responsibilities
* Direct selling to customers
* Updating the customer relationship management (CRM) system
* Perform direct selling to customers and prospects for products within Toyota's portfolio
Qualifications
* Passionate and results driven person
* A strong team player
* Strong communication skills
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Experience of both traditional and online interaction with customers desirable but not essential
* PC literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes
Full training on the products and systems will be provided.
