This is more than just case management—it’s about making a real difference for our customers and the business.What will I be doing?Leading Complex Investigations: You’ll take ownership of intricate personal injury claims, applying your expertise to assess liability, quantum, and indemnity with precision and careBuilding Reinsurer Relationships: Play a key role in managing reinsurer-reportable claims, supporting audits and contributing to presentations that showcase our expertiseDriving Strategic Outcomes: Use your commercial insight and tactical thinking to resolve claims efficiently balancing cost, speed, and fairnessOwning Your Portfolio: Manage your caseload proactively, staying ahead of deadlines and service level agreements while maintaining full control of each claim’s lifecycleNegotiating with Confidence: Engage with third parties to secure fair and cost-effective settlements using your negotiation skills to protect both customer interests and business outcomesWhat do I need?Extensive motor insurance claims handling experienceProven success managing personal injury claims valued between £500k–£1mStrong understanding of litigation, Civil Procedure Rules, and rehabilitation codesCommercial awareness and sound decision-making skillsAdditional InformationWe’re always looking to recognise and reward our employees for the work they do.
