Recruitment Team Leader – Join a Team That’s Redefining Education Recruitment!
Location: Ferry Road Office Park, Preston
Hours: Full Time
* 7.30am – 4pm x2 days per week
* 7.30am - 5pm x2 days per week
* 7.30am – 4.30pm Fridays
* Work from home Wednesdays
* Enjoy reduced hours (9am – 3pm) during school holidays

The Role – What You'll Be Doing
This is a fast-paced, people-first role combining recruitment, sales, and account management:
* Managing relationships with a large client base, including schools that work exclusively with us
* Using sales, marketing, and networking to attract new business
* Developing business through relationship-building and outreach
* Visiting schools and deepening engagement
* Placing educators in roles
* Building talent pools via social media, headhunting, and networking
* Managing applications, interviews, references, and placements
* Tracking progress using Salesforce
* Supporting schools with sponsorship opportunities
* Acting as an ESG ambassador, promoting and complying with ESG policies
Who We’re Looking For
You should be a proactive, experienced recruiter eager to grow your desk and impact:
* At least 1 year of billing experience in education recruitment
* Full UK driving license and access to a car
* Strong, consultative communication skills
* Organised, resilient, self-motivated
* Relationship-builder and team player
* Target-driven with ethical practices
