Overview
This role as a Food and Beverage Assistant at Avery Healthcare in Chertsey involves supporting the dining service and assisting residents with their meals. About the Role
Shift Details: 9 AM to 5 PM
As part of Avery Healthcare\'s team, you\'ll join a close-knit environment that values respect, compassion, and a shared commitment to exceptional care. Your focus as a Food and Beverage Team Member is to support the dining service and assist residents with their meals, including:
* Supporting residents with choosing meal options and ensuring tables are set according to SOPs.
* Keeping the front of house clean, tidy, and well-presented; ensuring dirty crockery is removed and replenished throughout the day.
* Providing accessible fresh homemade cakes/biscuits in the Bistro areas, along with finger foods and fresh fruit.
* Being aware of residents’ dietary requirements.
About You

* High standards of personal hygiene.
* Experience in a similar setting (restaurant or hotel) desirable.
* A basic Food Hygiene Certificate would be beneficial.

Requirements
This role may require a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. The cost will be met by Avery Healthcare. Proof of eligibility to work in the UK may be requested.
