Role Overview
The busy kitchen team needs a Pastry Chef de Partie to lead in producing a range of delicate desserts, puddings, and sweet creations for the hotel. Responsibilities include catering for large conferences and events, creating mini-desserts for the restaurant, and preparing afternoon tea pastries, both classic and contemporary. This role offers a great opportunity to develop your career in pastry.
Requirements
1. NVQ Level 1 & 2 or equivalent
2. Strong leadership, motivation, and teamwork skills
3. Planning and time management abilities
4. Flexible attitude
5. Experience in relevant disciplines
6. NVQ Level 3 (advantageous)
