Your new role
To provide a reliable and efficient general maintenance service across council-owned properties, carrying out minor repairs, basic plumbing, decorating, and general upkeep to ensure properties remain safe, functional, and well-presented.
1. Flushing and maintaining toilets
2. Carrying out minor repairs and general maintenance person tasks
3. Basic plumbing tasks such as replacing tap washers
4. Painting and minor decorating works
5. General maintenance and upkeep of properties
What you'll need to succeed
6. Proven experience in a general maintenance person or maintenance role
7. Ability to carry out basic plumbing, painting, and minor repair tasks
8. Own car and valid business-use insurance (essential)
