Responsibilities
* Leadership skills and total responsibility for managing and leading the daily operations of the restaurant both Front of House and Back of House.
* Staffing, training and scheduling to build and retain a 5‑star team.
* Identify talent and empower your team to grow by providing coaching and development while promoting a fun, energising work environment.
* Effective scheduling to ensure the team is the right place at the right time.
* Drive store sales and profit goals.
* Lead by example and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest hospitality.
* Use local marketing opportunities to drive sales and the presence of the restaurant and the Wendy’s brand.
* Ensure compliance with all Company policies and procedures.
* Show Managers and Crew Members how to perform tasks correctly, making every shift better than the last.
* Provide clear direction and develop employees for future promotability.
Qualifications
* Proven experience leading people in a food service environment and excellent problem‑solving skills.
* Minimum 2 years of line operations experience with a demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast‑paced environment.
* Flexibility to work a 44‑hour work week – must be available all day, parts and full days of the week.
* High level of communication skills with the ability to effectively coach and develop managers and team members.
* Willingness to travel to other locations (restaurants, area office, etc.) as needed.
