As Reception Supervisor you will:
21. Lead the Receptionist team in the daily Front Office operation
22. Train and coach junior members of the team
23. Respond to guest requests, queries and complaints
24. Process guest check-ins, check-outs and payments
25. Work with the management team to ensure a seamless guest experience
