The post holder will work as a member of the multi-disciplinary team throughout the Homerton supporting temporary staffing requests. They will use their professional skill set and calming influence to identify and support patients presenting with mental health needs, supporting the implementation and engagement of care plans.
The RMN will be part of the multi-disciplinary team providing care to patients who present to the Homerton University Hospital NHS Foundation trust.

Interviews will take place on 23 April 2025.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Supporting patients with mental health needs on a shift-to-shift basis and engaging in care plan delivery.
2. Utilizing specialist knowledge to identify, document, and escalate changes in patients' mental health status.
3. Engaging holistically with patients to assess clinical, environmental, and social needs.
4. Assisting in managing clinical emergencies under supervision.
5. Providing care alongside physical health needs within a multidisciplinary team.
6. Delivering evidence-based clinical standards and contributing to policy development.
7. Maintaining effective communication within teams and acting as a resource for clinical information.
