Responsibilities
* Provide support by phone, remote and onsite.
* Troubleshoot systems in Rockwell ControlLogix + SCADA systems, corrective maintenance and disaster recovery.
* Be responsible for system configuration & implementation of automation changes with support of our highly experienced Engineering teams.
* Provide automation support to customers who already own Optima pharma equipment, which can require on‑site work to troubleshoot electrical and automation machine failures and errors.
* Analyze customers' production and quickly provide solutions that will increase levels of production in a cost‑effective manner for the customer.
* Execute simple machinery modifications, either to repair customers' equipment or to upgrade based on engineering developments.
Qualifications
* Automation and programming experience with Siemens & Rockwell PLC systems.
* Experience in SCADA systems Aveva Intouch (formerly known as Wonderware) and Rockwell Factory Talk SE.
* Minimum 2 years experience with special machinery.
* Technical understanding of the equipment and the impact of change in a sterile environment and under consideration of the pharma change control procedures.
* Grade or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
* Systematic thinking.
* Target and cost‑orientation.
* Efficient troubleshooting and sustainable technical solutions.
* Machine documentation and parameters and possibilities.
* Ability to work and read technical drawings.
