Job Description
Due to continued growth, FRS has a full-time, permanent vacancy for an experienced Treasury Professional on a part-time, reduced hours basis of 25-30 hours a week.
Working from the offices in Cambridgeshire, your key purpose will be to provide a high level of financial and administrative support to the Head of Finance whilst delivering detailed reports on cash, working capital, and cashflow position within the business, thus improving the efficiency of company cash control and management.
Duties:
* Consolidation of group-wide cash flow and preparation of weekly and monthly group cash reporting for the board which includes variance analysis and other insights.
* Review of group-wide forecasting on a weekly and monthly basis, including challenging variance analysis, considering latest risks and opportunities, and providing suggestions to streamline reporting.
* Review or preparation of daily bank reconciliations within finance system (NAV 13), including current account and ABL facilities.
* Monitor daily bank balances, including invoice financing, to ensure appropriate funding is in place to meet operational and investment requirements.
* Review and approval of daily bank payments and release of payments on the banking platform.
* Monitoring and updating intercompany cash positions to optimise internal funding structures.
* Maintain long-term group consolidated cashflow in conjunction with monthly reforecasting and scenario reporting.
* Review and monitor credit card balances and ensure statements are reported and reconciled in a timely manner.
* Key point of contact with the bank across all services and all group projects.
* Monitoring of and suggesting improvements to fee structure across all accounts and services.
* Review and improve treasury controls, procedures, and systems across group entities.
* Offer support to group subsidiaries as and when required.

* Effective application of administering workload within agreed timescales, Submit weekly rolling 13 weeks cash flow forecast, Preparation of weekly reports to identify opportunities for improvement
Applicants must have previous Treasury experience with a sound grasp of cash management and an ability to provide accurate cash forecasts. You will be a team player with the ability to communicate effectively both in person and in writing. A good level of IT Literacy with a sound grasp of MS Excel is a must.
