We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Aspiring Assistant Psychologist to join a dedicated team in Luton. In this role, you will work closely with students who have a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, and social, emotional, and mental health challenges.
What you'll be doing - Luton:
Supporting students on a 1:1 and small group basis in the education and training sector
Assisting with the implementation of tailored learning and behaviour strategies
Working alongside teachers, therapists, and educational psychologists
Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
Gaining valuable insight into child development, behaviour, and SEN support
What we're looking for - Aspiring Assistant Psychologist:
A degree in Psychology or a related field
A genuine interest in pursuing a career in psychology, education, or mental health
Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
Ability to commute to Luton
A proactive and enthusiastic approach to education and training
