The Role
You’ll play a vital part in supporting our UK Technical function and working closely with our retail customers. From managing customer portals and audit data to helping prepare our sites for BRC and retailer audits, this is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will learn fast and develop quickly.
You’ll work with some of the biggest retailers in the UK while supporting famous household brands — giving you exposure that few early-career roles can offer.
What You’ll Be Doing
Technical & Quality Support
1. Manage UK retailer technical portals, keeping certifications, site data and contacts fully up to date
2. Track and report technical KPIs for key customers
3. Support internal audits across our manufacturing and distribution sites
4. Manage Impact reporting (Palm, Soy, Cocoa and sustainability data)
5. Maintain BRC and Code of Practice documentation and audit databases
6. Support site teams during customer and BRC audits
7. Help develop and improve group quality standards and procedures
Health & Safety
8. Support compliance with Group H&S policies and procedures to ensure safe working environments
Data & Decision Support
9. Provide accurate, timely data to support technical and operational decision-making
Collaboration
10. Work closely with site teams, senior managers and retail partners
11. Represent the Technical function in a professional, confident way
What We’re Looking For
Essential
12. Experience conducting internal audits
13. Experience using UK retailer systems and Codes of Practice
14. Experience working in a Technical or Quality function
Desirable
15. Degree qualified (Food Science, Quality, or similar)
16. HACCP Level 3
17. Lead Auditor trained

Location & Working Pattern
25. Hybrid role based at either:
26. Histon, Cambridgeshire
27. Fakenham, Norfolk
28. Regular travel between UK sites required
29. Some flexibility needed around audits and peak periods
