Full-Time Early Years SEN Practitioner – Level 3 CACHE Qualified Location: South Harrow, London Start Date: September 2025 Hours: Full-time (Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM) Contract: Permanent Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications Are you a passionate and nurturing childcare professional with experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We are currently seeking a Level 3 CACHE-qualified Early Years Practitioner to join a warm and inclusive early years setting in South Harrow this September. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about supporting young children with additional needs and helping them flourish in a supportive, play-based environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one and small group support for children with SEN, including those with autism, speech & language delays, and developmental challenges Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate activities Work closely with the SENCO, Room Leader, and parents to deliver tailored support Maintain accurate observations and contribute to EHCPs and IEPs Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children in line with safeguarding and EYFS guidelines Promote a positive, inclusive environment that supports each child’s unique needs Requirements: Level 3 CACHE Diploma in Childcare and Education (or equivalent qualification) Experience supporting children with special educational needs in an early years setting Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework Excellent communication, patience, and organisational skills A genuine passion for early childhood development and inclusion Up-to-date Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one) Eligibility to work in the UK All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
