Sales & Contracts Manager - Industrial Weighing Equipment
Territory: Scotland (field-based)
We are working with a well-established and growing manufacturer of industrial weighing systems, with an opportunity for a Sales & Contracts Manager to drive growth across Scotland.
This role focuses on selling a full range of weighing solutions into sectors including manufacturing, logistics, engineering, chemical, food, and recycling.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop a regional sales territory
Grow existing accounts and re-engage dormant customers
Identify and secure new business opportunities
Specify and sell technical solutions from standard to bespoke systems
Work autonomously to achieve and exceed sales targetsWhat We're Looking For:
Proven experience in technical sales, ideally within weighing, instrumentation, or industrial equipment
Ability to understand and specify engineering solutions
Strong track record of hitting sales targets
Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable working remotely
Excellent communication and relationship-building skillsLocation:
Scotland. Ideally centrally based, but flexiblePackage:
Basic salary + uncapped commission (OTE £55k-£60k+)
