About the RoleWe are seeking a friendly and organised Administration Support & Receptionist to join a not-for-profit retirement housing organisation for a short-term assignment. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a meaningful cause while providing excellent customer service and administrative support.Key Responsibilities
1. Wee visitors and potential buyers in a professional and approachable manner.
2. Act as the first point of contact for enquiries, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
3. Support the Sales Manager with a variety of administrative tasks, including: Preparing documents and correspondence.Managing appointment schedules.Maintaining accurate records.
4. Assist with general office duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
What We’re Looking For
5. Previous experience in administration or reception roles.
6. Strongmunication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
8. A proactive and customer-focused attitude.
