Elevation Recruitment Group - Marketing Division is excited to be working exclusively with a division of a national Construction business that is looking to expand its team with a Marketing Coordinator.
The role involves supporting the regional Sales team, RMD, and the National Marketing Manager in executing marketing strategies and coordinating customer communications to support regional business objectives and growth. There may also be responsibilities supporting other regional departments.
Main Responsibilities:
* Support the sales team and Marketing Manager by analyzing buyer profiles and local market data to develop marketing strategies and tactical messaging.
* Regularly audit digital collateral, including web pages, PPC campaigns, social media, and portals, ensuring brand compliance, grammatical accuracy, and alignment with core values.
* Assist in uploading new plot releases to websites and portals, and coordinate digital communications.
* Support the sales teams in digital channel and portal activities.
* Participate in weekly sales meetings to discuss lead performance and upcoming activities.
* Collaborate with the National Marketing Manager on strategic planning for key developments.
* Organize regional development and community events, such as show home openings and charitable activities.
* Conduct regular site visits to ensure collateral, signage, and sales areas are brand compliant and presentable.
* Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, keeping them informed of campaigns, strategies, and community activities.
Ideal Experience:
* Full mix marketing experience and understanding of marketing principles.
* Strong communication and copywriting skills.
* Marketing degree or relevant experience.
* Effective prioritization and time management skills.
