The Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will: Support students in the classroom and during activities Help create a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment Work closely with teachers and therapists to support individual learning needs Encourage social development, emotional wellbeing, and independence Build positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues We Are Looking For People Who: Are patient, empathetic, and resilient Have a genuine passion for supporting young people with additional needs Can remain calm and positive in challenging situations Work well as part of a team Have experience supporting children with Autism, in either education, care or youth work.
