Senior / Technical Lead - Flutter (Mainly hands-on with oversight of a team of 4)
London (Hybrid) - 2/3x a week onsite intially for first couple of months then potential to be more remote

Theyre now looking for a Lead Mobile Engineer with deep Flutter expertise to take ownership of their client-facing apps. Own the mobile roadmap & architecture (Flutter, Swift, Java)
Drive engineering excellence in testing, performance, monitoring, and CI/CD
Strong background in iOS/Android (Swift/Java)
~ Experience with state management, testing frameworks, monitoring tools (Crashlytics, Sentry, etc.)
~ Excellent communication skills, with a focus on user experience
