The Role
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Team Manager to lead our care team and ensure the highest standards of care are delivered at all times. Key Responsibilities:

About You:

Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a care home or similar setting.

Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

Compassionate, approachable, and committed to resident wellbeing.

Good knowledge of safeguarding, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
