My client is a luxury tour operator seeking an organised and people-focused Agent Support Executive, to support and engage a growing network of independent travel consultants. This role comes with great progression opportunities and a chance to be part of an amazing company This is a central, hands-on role where you'll lead onboarding, coordinate training, manage consultant queries, and support supplier relationships. As an Agent Support Executive, you'll work closely with leadership and internal teams to ensure consultants feel supported, informed and engaged.

Job Title: Agent Support ExecutiveLocation: Remote/Chester (occasional travel required)Salary: Circa £30,000 - £33,000 per annum + bonus and benefits (details TBC)Hours: Full-time, Mon-Fri Key Responsibilities as an Agent Support Executive Lead onboarding for new consultants and maintain clear, consistent processesAct as the main operational contact for consultant queriesCoordinate product updates and key communicationsPlan and manage training sessions and community eventsSupport supplier engagement and track activityMaintain accurate records and provide general operational support About You Highly organised with strong attention to detailConfident communicator with a customer-focused mindsetProactive self-starter, comfortable working remotelyStrong Microsoft Office skills Desirable: Experience in travel, customer service, partner support or training coordination.
