The successful candidate will join a team consisting of an NHSCSPL Colposcopist, a Nurse Colposcopist, and a trainee Nurse Colposcopist. The service is supported by 1.5 WTE colposcopy administrators.

16. Review service quality, identify causes of success and failure, and maintain high standards.
17. Act as a professional role model, demonstrating organizational values and behaviors.
18. Ensure junior doctors' training meets college requirements.
19. Participate in medical staff appraisals.
20. Mentor new and current consultant employees.

Job Planning:

Job plans will be based on a partnership approach, involving preparation, discussion, and approval by the Clinical Director and Medical Scrutiny Committee. The plan will include all duties, NHS and private, as well as objectives and resources.

Responsibilities include:

1. Direct Clinical Care, including on-call duties.
2. Supporting Professional Activities.
