This role is a key part of the Partner Recruiting & Integration team, providing essential administrative support for lateral partner and counsel hiring. Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, managing feedback, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process. The position is based in the London office and offers the possibility of a hybrid working arrangement.
Key Responsibilities
* Draft initial correspondence for lateral partner and counsel candidates, confirming interview details and logistics.
* Schedule interviews, book meeting rooms, and arrange video conferencing links.
* Liaise with candidates, headhunters, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication.
* Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
* Research and implement technology solutions to enhance process efficiency.
* Prepare reports and summaries for leadership on recruitment activity and candidate progress.
* Support onboarding for new partners and counsel, facilitating their integration into the firm.
What We’re Looking For

* Previous recruitment experience within legal, professional services, or financial services.
