Responsibilities
* Managing estimating and cost planning activities across project stages.
* Setting estimating strategy and ensuring process compliance.
* Developing and refining cost plans using specialist input and benchmarking.
* Analyzing cost data and identifying key cost drivers.
* Providing commercial advice to design and construction teams.
* Supporting change control and value engineering.
* Producing clear estimating reports and documenting all assumptions.
* Developing risk‑based models reflecting uncertainty, methods and site‑specific factors.

Qualifications
* Strong estimating and cost planning experience on major infrastructure projects.
* Skilled in data analysis, benchmarking and first‑principles estimating.
* Effective communicator with clear reporting and stakeholder presentation skills.
* Degree in quantity surveying or related field; professional accreditation preferred.
