About The Role The Head of Transformation will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering AerFin’s business transformation agenda. You will lead enterprise‑wide change, including major programmes such as ERP and finance system replacement, core corporate system upgrades, and modernisation of business processes. This is a highly strategic yet hands‑on leadership role, suited to an inspiring individual who can motivate teams, influence stakeholders at all levels, and embed a culture of digitalisation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across the organization. What You'll Do Lead AerFin’s transformation strategy and deliver a clear, phased roadmap of change. Oversee major programmes including ERP, finance, HR, and other corporate system implementations. Drive strong business engagement to ensure users understand, adopt, and gain real value from new technology and processes. Build trusted relationships across AerFin, partnering closely with senior leaders and teams at all levels. Champion a culture of innovation, digitalisation, and continuous improvement. Establish robust governance, risk management, and reporting for all transformation activity. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing transformation team. Manage budgets, contracts, and supplier performance for transformation programmes. Ensure all transformation efforts align with AerFin’s strategic objectives and deliver measurable business benefits. Communicate progress, milestones, and impact clearly to maintain transparency and engagement. What We’re Looking For Proven experience leading enterprise-wide transformation or large-scale digital change in a complex organisation. Strong track record delivering major programmes (ERP, finance systems, HRIS, CRM, or similar). Deep experience in business change, adoption, and embedding new processes. Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership. Strong governance, reporting, and risk management capability. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience building, coaching, and developing high‑performing teams.
