The role involves supporting our team of local agents and work administering our business operations. Duties and Responsibilities of a Branch Administrator / Clerk: Processing business on the Company's computer system Preparing and organising customer agreements Logging correspondence Taking customer payments Answering the phone and dealing with customer inquiries General office duties such as filing Skills/Requirements: Good communication skills Able to work in a small team Motivated Office experience desirable Computer skills an advantage but not essential as full training will be given
