About the Opportunity
Zest Optical are currently working with a leading independent optical group to recruit a Mobile Optometrist covering Crawley and nearby branches. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and adaptable Optometrist who enjoys variety, autonomy, and the chance to work with multiple teams across a respected family-run group.
Mobile Optometrist - Role Overview
* Deliver comprehensive sight tests and eye examinations across various practices in the Crawley region, travelling up to 90 minutes from your closest base practice
* Testing times are 30-40 minutes, allowing you to provide thorough and personalised care for each patient
* Provide a wide range of clinical services, including emergency eye care, paediatric assessments, and myopia management
* Tailor recommendations to each patient's individual needs, ensuring a truly personalised experience
* Maintain high standards of professionalism and adhere to GOC guidelines
* Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
* Collaborate with branch teams and local healthcare professionals to achieve shared goals
* Ensure all clinical equipment is maintained and in excellent working order
* Company car provided for travel between locations
