Job Description
Infrastructure Engineer required. With a presence in over 20 countries, my client is a global end-to-end RFID and Brand identification solutions provider, delivering proven results and rapid ROls to brands in the new era of retailing. They are committed to developing tech-driven solutions that power brand transformation and prosperity.
They are now looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join the team based in Corby, Northamptonshire – this position is a hybrid role with at-least 3 days in the office. The successful candidate will need to have excellent knowledge supporting Windows & Microsoft Servers/applications.
Position Overview
1. Providing support & troubleshooting for all IT related issues, from in-house systems, MS Office, & network issues
2. Installing and configuring HW/SW & New equipment
3. Network troubleshooting
4. Firewall / Router configurations
5. Ensuring IT issues are resolved within a timely manner
6. Active directory / Group policy / DNS / DHCP management
7. Supporting users, internal systems & devices
8. Supporting Microsoft & Windows operating systems
Position Requirements
9. At-least 2 years experience in IT Support & supporting Windows Servers
10. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 & applications
11. Active Directory / Group Policy / DHS / DHCP Knowledge
12. Experience in Firewalls / Routers / Networking & troubleshooting
13. Excellent customer service and communication skills
14. Reliable, hard-working with a passion for IT
Position Remuneration
15. Monday to Friday
16. Salary: £24,000 – 30,000 (Dependant on experience)
17. 22 Days Holiday plus bank holidays (increase to 27 days after 5 years)
