We’re partnering with a well-established and growing organisation that is looking to enhance its logistics and operational planning capabilities. They’re seeking an experienced transport and logistics professional who will play a key role in optimising resource planning and ensuring the seamless delivery of tailored solutions to customers across the UK.
As the Planning and Logistics manager, you will be getting involved in:
* Overseeing logistics planning for movements, ensuring timely delivery and preparation.
* Improve systems and processes to support scalable operations.
* Liaise with external suppliers and contractors to optimise cost and service.
* Coordinate with operations and commercial teams to align logistics with project needs.
* Manage resource allocation and scheduling
We are looking for someone who has experience in:
* Previous experience within a Logistics Manager / Operations Manager / Senior Logistics type role
* Strong organisational and planning skills
* Working under pressure and managing multiple priorities
* Effective communication across all levels of the business
