From Luxe Talent, an international recruitment and training consultancy specializing in fashion, luxury, retail, and FMCG, we are seeking a Store Manager for one of our clients, an emerging Premium Sustainable Beauty brand, to join their store located in Selfridiges, Birmingham.
In our recruitment and training consultancy, we work with various companies in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors across Europe and have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Munich and Amsterdam.
Responsibilities:

o Managing your store and having a strong leadership;
o Coaching your team and motivate them on daily basis with your management skills and helping them to grow up them;
o Responsible for the training and development of the team to guarantee an excellent focus on the targets and the store KPI’s;
o Monitoring the KPI’s, analyse and report them.
o Taking actions where is needed;
o Giving an excellent customer service and show the good example to your team;
o Guarantee that the visual merchandising represents the brand standards;
o Responsible for the stock and the inventory
Requirements:

o Previous experience in a similar role within the retail sector (1–2 years preferred).
o Strong leadership and team management skills.
o Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
o Sales-driven mindset with a customer-first approach.
o Problem-solving attitude.
o Proficiency in English. Additional languages is a plus.
