* Minimum ILM Level 5 coaching qualification or equivalent
* Proven experience coaching individuals from diverse backgrounds
* Trusted advisor skilled in coaching, influencing, and challenging leaders at all levels on behavioral change for continuous improvement and value addition
* Passionate about transforming lives through coaching
