Teaching Assistant – Primary Schools, Middlesbrough
Milk Education are recruiting for a purpose-driven, ambitious Teaching Assistant to join a range of Primary Schools across Middlesbrough.
You will be joining inclusive and supportive school environments with strong values such as diversity and equality. This is a great opportunity for both new and experienced educators to make a real difference and support pupils in reaching their full potential.
What You Will Be Doing:
1. Promoting inclusion and acceptance of all students
2. Delivering small group or one to one catch up sessions
3. Supporting pupils according to their individual needs
4. Working with the class teacher to plan, evaluate and adjust lessons
Essential Requirements:
5. Recent and relevant experience in an education setting
6. Strong numeracy and literacy skills
7. Level 2 or Level 3 qualification such as CACHE, Childcare, NNEB or relevant experience
8. Ability to work effectively under the guidance of the classroom teacher
