Electrical Project Manager
Location: Hoddesdon/Milton Keynes
Salary: Up to £90,000
Job Description
* Attend project start-up meetings.
* Become familiar with all details and specifications of the project.
* Ultimately responsible for collating technical submittals, ensuring they are issued and followed through until approval.
* Raise and manage RFIs.
* Manage labour tracker.
* Maintain weekly progress reports, reporting and managing any changes/variations.
* Liaise with main contractors and the client-based site team.
* Oversee coordination and delivery of project plant and equipment.
* Ensure adequate materials are always available to complete the project.
* Ensure construction and commissioning programmes are in place for the job and implement the commissioning plan on site.
* Generate biweekly/monthly snag lists and improvements.
* Manage the handover process and maintain the project document management system.
* Project-specific scheduling.
* Attend meetings with subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery.
* Attend general site meetings and action points raised.
* Communicate any innovative project-specific works to the Contracts Manager (R&D).
