Hyde is looking to recruit a Tenancy Advisor.

Resident Services work closely with our customers, providing housing services, housing management and first-class customer care.
As a Tenancy Advisor you will be working within the Commercial function to provide our residents with a first point of contact for all tenancy related queries.
Responsibilities
* Respond to tenancy related enquiries from the Hyde Group’s residents.
* Provide a front-line service to support the management of reported tenancy enforcement cases.
* Prepare and provide accurate information on tenants’ rights and responsibilities.
* Work with other teams to provide a seamless service to residents.
* Work with the Hyde Foundation to maximise referrals for residents whose tenancies maybe at risk.
Skills and Experience
* Excellent customer service skills
* Previous experience of working within the property or housing sector
* Ability to build and maintain a rapport with tenants and colleagues
